Uh oh...
So tonight, my remote might explode when the clock hits 10 p.m.
Damn. Any suggestions?
(Also curious what people think of Ken Macha getting fired and Lou Piniella going to the Cubs. I hope Piniella does so well with the Cubs that they make it to the World Series the next few years. Why? Well, if it'll keep him out of the broadcast booth...)
EDIT: Game 5 has been postponed until tomorrow due to rain. That helps a bit.
- NLCS, Game 5: Mets @ Cardinals
- MNF: Bears @ (the other) Cardinals

I'm so blasphemous, but I'm absurdly addicted to Studio 60 and I'm about ready to actually make Snerkette into a real blog and sing its praises after tonight's episode.
And dude, the A's fired Ken Macha and the Cubs hired Lou Piniella and WHAT IS GOING ON.
i don't know about piniella. i'm uneasy. i don't think it'll work out. they should have taken girardi.
i'm going on the record RIGHT NOW saying that loyal-reader manton jinxed the bears at the party on friday by saying that grossman was amazing and unstoppable. or something like that. i'm dying of shame right now.
Piniella wants A-Rod. God bless you, Chicago.
And yes, sorry for making Rex give up the ball six times.
Even if the Yankees would give him up, I doubt the Cubbies would fork over the dough for Pay-Rod... at least, I hope they wouldn't.
